Designed for High-Performers
InfraHaus blends infrared heat, recovery technology, and guided training into one elevated wellness experience designed to help you perform better, recover faster, and feel stronger every day.
Traditional saunas heat the air around you. InfraHaus uses advanced infrared technology that gently penetrates the body, warming you from within. The result is a deeper, more effective session that supports recovery, circulation, and overall wellness—without the overwhelming heat of traditional saunas. Inside our studios, heat becomes a tool for performance, recovery, and long-term health.
Your body deserves more than surface recovery.
your body knows how to heal—it just needs the right conditions.
Our studios combine advanced infrared technology, Himalayan salt therapy, and luxury recovery tools to create an environment where movement, heat, and relaxation work together. Whether you’re pushing through an active session or resetting inside a recovery pod, every visit is designed to support your body’s natural healing and performance systems.
Infrared heat works differently than traditional saunas. Instead of simply heating the air, infrared waves penetrate the body directly, helping to warm muscles, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural recovery processes.

Each InfraHaus suite incorporates Himalayan salt elements to enhance the environment and support respiratory wellness. When gently warmed, Himalayan salt can help create a cleaner, mineral-rich atmosphere while adding a calming glow to the space.

Our recovery pods combine infrared heat, chromolight therapy, vibration massage, and enriched oxygen to deliver a deeply restorative experience. These pods allow your body to fully relax while the technology works to support circulation, muscle recovery, and metabolic activity.
Benefits may include:
Every sauna and pod comes equipped with oxygen concentrators that deliver pure, enriched air for enhanced cellular oxygenation and performance. Standard in every session.

InfraHaus was designed as a complete wellness system—not a single modality.
By combining infrared heat, recovery technology, and breath-focused relaxation, we help members create a balanced routine that supports performance, recovery, and long-term vitality.
Whether you’re coming in after a workout, between meetings, or simply to reset your body and mind, InfraHaus provides a space designed to help you unwind and recharge.
Be among the first to experience infrared recovery at InfraHaus. Limited founding memberships available.
InfraHaus uses targeted infrared heat and recovery tech (Himalayan salt, red‑light recovery pods, vibro-acoustics, and oxygen enrichment) to warm your body directly rather than just heating the air. That delivers deeper muscle penetration, lower ambient temps, and a recovery‑first experience with guided programming.
Typical sessions run 20–40 minutes depending on the modality. New clients should
start shorter (10–20 minutes); staff will recommend the ideal length for your goals.
Wear breathable, movement‑friendly clothing (swimsuit or lightweight workout gear) or a towel for pod sessions. Remove jewelry and heavy makeup — we provide towels and disposable seat covers.
For general wellness: 2–3× per week. For athletic recovery or chronic soreness: 3–5× per week initially, then taper based on results and staff guidance.
You may experience short‑term water‑weight loss from sweating, but infrared sessions are not a standalone fat‑loss solution. Use them alongside proper nutrition and exercise to support recovery and metabolic health.
Yes for most healthy adults when used responsibly: hydrate, start with shorter sessions, avoid alcohol, and inform staff of any medications or conditions. Pregnant people and anyone with recent heart attack, unstable cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, or other serious medical issues should consult their physician before using heat or infrared therapies.
